SPRING Winemaker's Feast APRIL 24th & 26th

Join us for an intimate afternoon of wine and story as La Rustica presents a Spring Winemaker’s Feast in the Piazza with Alessandro from IMPERO wines, and Winemaker Daniele Girolami from Masca del Tacco, inspired by the sunlit vineyards and coastal kitchens of Southern Italy.  

This carefully curated five-course dinner will guide you through a seasonal progression—from crisp aperitivo and delicate citrus notes to rich, slow-braised depth—each course thoughtfully paired with distinctive Italian wines.  We begin with sparkling Roma Bianco and a warm welcome, then move through bright lemon crab crespelle, saffron-kissed scampi, and conclude with a deeply satisfying braised pork course paired with a bold Primitivo Riserva.

 The afternoon closes with a classic Italian dessert, Zuppa Inglese.  

This is more than a dinner—it is a journey through flavor, tradition, and the artistry of Italian winemaking.  Also enjoy the sounds of our own Sam Cotterill on Guitar and vocals.
